These terms describe the relationship between you and our operating company when purchasing through talnevi.com. Our Shipping, Return & Refund, Payment & Security and Privacy policies provide further information about their respective subjects. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and review your selected items before payment. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; if stock, verification or another issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you about the available options and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfill.

Review dimensions, materials, colours, quantities, intended placement and any power requirements in each listing. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. This does not excuse supplying a product materially different from its description. Follow product-specific care and safety instructions.

Prices and currency are displayed in the store; the final checkout total identifies shipping, discounts and applicable taxes before payment. Payment methods depend on those offered at checkout. A bank may charge separate currency conversion or international transaction fees. If a material listing or pricing error is found, we will explain it and obtain agreement to any correction or offer cancellation and a refund.

Orders generally require 1–3 business days of processing and an estimated 7–12 business days of transit after dispatch. Destination-specific estimates displayed before purchase take precedence. Contact us promptly to request changes before fulfillment. Successful pre-fulfillment cancellations have no cancellation fee. Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Preference-return postage is paid by the customer; no restocking fee applies. Appropriate remedies for our errors or faulty goods are provided without additional cost. Approved refunds follow the 5–10 business day processing periods stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Decorations are not toys unless expressly sold as such. Keep small components and batteries away from children and pets. Only use lighting and electrical items in the conditions for which they are rated. Follow all supplied instructions. These precautions do not limit our responsibility for defective or unsafe goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, or prevents you from using an available regulator or competent court.
